 The ARGUS icon takes you to the home screen.

 To launch Admin SETTINGS, in left navigation click and then click .

 Recents & Favorites displays items you have worked on recently.

 Launches SEARCH.

 Launches this user guide in a separate tab.

 Displays your account USER NAME and a LOGOUT option.

Filters and Sorting

Filtering is available for the data in grid columns for Portfolios, Scenarios, and Assets.  Filtering options available vary depending on the records and data available.

How to filter a column

Sorting and filtering are available for columns that display an ellipsis. Your filters will remain active until you turn them off or navigate to other pages. Options for filters include text (names, addresses), numeric values, Boolean searches, and dates. Boolean type filtering and sorting ensures that any records of a certain true/false criteria can be prioritized in your list of results.

Click the ellipsis in the column heading.

Result: A sort and filter menu displays.

Select for a pick list of the filter types available.

Select an option and type a value.

Options may include:

Is equal to: Only returns records where the data in the column matches the value.

Is not equal to: Only returns records where the data does not match any of the values.

Contains: Only returns records where the data contains at least one of the values.

Does not contain: Only returns records where the data does not contain any of the values.

Starts with: Only returns records where the data starts with the value.

Ends with: Only returns records where the data ends with the value.

Is before: Only returns records before a specific date.

Is after: Only returns records after a specific date.

Is greater than: Only returns records greater than the value.

Is null: Only returns records with data in the column.

Is not null: Only returns records with no data in the column.

Type a value.

Click FILTER to apply the filter and display results.

Option: Click CLEAR to empty the field and start over.

Result: The ellipsis in the column header displays in a circle to show that there is an applied filter.

Example: In the ASSETS grid Names column, if you select Starts with and type the letters West then you will see only properties starting with those letters  like West, Western, and Westway.

Sorting

With Sorting you can order your list according to a column of your choice. Click (nearly) anywhere in the header cell to sort a column. Based on the contents of your rows, the data sorts in ascending or descending order.

Column Reordering allows you to arrange the columns in the order that is best for you and the tasks you perform most often. Click a column header to drag that column to a different location.

Column Management lets you control which columns are displayed, and which are hidden, so you only see the data you’re interested in. Click the vertical ellipsis next to the column header for a column selection checkbox.
