Guest Access
Collaboration services is a feature that allows existing ARGUS Enterprise subscribers access different to environments without having to receive an additional paid subscription for each new environment. For example, if you are a contractor with an existing AE license coming into a new organization, you can access the environment as a guest user for a limited amount of time without the host having to pay for an additional license for that environment.
Collaboration services is available to users of ARGUS Enterprise 14 versions and higher.
INVITATIONS
To see INVITATIONS, you must have received an email invitation from a host organization. The invitations icon appears on the navigation bar.
How to accept an invitation
Before you begin: Open the email invitation sent to you by an Organization Administrator.
Click the GO TO CLOUD LOGIN button in your invitation email.
Result: The ARGUS Cloud login displays.
Login to ARGUS Cloud.
Click the Invitations (envelope icon) on the navigation bar to launch Your Invitations, with listings to accept or decline, and any expired invitations.
The list displays:
Product Name
Invitation Start Date
Invitation End Date
Accept /Decline status
Click the check icon 
to accept an invitation.
Result: The Accepted status displays. Your invitation will process within a few minutes.
How to access a host environment from Your invitations
Before you begin: You must accept an invitation to an Organization’s Environment and have a matching paid subscription for the same product.
Login to ARGUS Cloud.
Launch Your invitations.
Find the Organization & Environment you wish to access. Ensure it is in an Accepted state.
Click the GO TO ENVIRONMENT button.
Result: You are connected to the Host Organization\Environment.
How to access a host environment from the Environment Selector
Login to ARGUS Cloud.
Go to Organization via the Navigation Bar.
Click the Switch button next to the Organization or Environment name.
From the Organization drop down, select the guest Organization you wish to connect to.
From the Environment drop down, select the host Environment you wish to connect to.
Click SWITCH.
Result: You are connected to the Host Organization\Environment.
