Audit Log gives Portal Administrators complete visibility for all activities taking place in their ARGUS Cloud Organization. The Audit Log displays information for user administration, entitlement administration, guest administration (available for ARGUS Enterprise 13.0 onwards), and M2M configuration.
The Audit Log was launched February 2022 and will only contain events from this period onwards.
The Audit Log displays in the left navigation menu of the Admin Space. By default, the Audit Log is ordered in reverse chronological order with the most recently audited events first. Click on a column header to adjust the column's sort order.
Click the Export to CSV button to initiate the download of all Audit Log records.
Audit Logs will be growing over time and could eventually be made up of thousands of records so there are tools to make managing the Audit Log easier.
Click the Filter icon to launch a FILTER popup.
Filter by Start Date, End Date, by a specific user's records (as an impacted user, or a user performing the action), or a specific activity.
The Cloud Administration Audit Log tracks these events:
User Management: Create, Edit or Delete a user.
Entitlement Management: Assign or unassign an entitlement.
Guest Management: Create or remove an invitation for a Guest (only for ARGUS Enterprise 13.0 and above).
API Configuration: Upload M2M Certificate (only for API access).
