Applications

Applications will display all the apps you have access to, within the environment you’re connected to.

There are two distinct types of Apps: Hosted Solutions and Cloud Applications.

Hosted Solutions

Depending on the environment settings of your organization, your hosted applications will be available either via download, or via a Citrix connection.

Downloads

Downloads will be made available once you access your specific application via the cards you see on screen. However, not all applications offer the ability to run a desktop connected version.

Citrix

To access applications via Citrix, you must have the relevant software installed.

Once you click on your associated product, you’ll see a click here option to see the minimum system requirements to launch a Citrix product.

Users must install the DigiCert SHA2 High Assurance Server CA certificate to be able to run Citrix applications. This is available via download within the necessary applications.

Cloud Applications

All cloud applications you launch will start within a new browser tab. From there, you can interact with these products however you see fit.
